Mix & match
For those who want to look modern and classic at the same time, according to June Nygaard, Design and Collection Manager OBJECT, the “Autumnal” collection is the answer: “The collection is polished and energetic, but also sporty and relaxed. This makes it easy to combine the different items of clothing. When you wear our fall collection, you can enjoy the comfort of the gilets, cable knits, retro farmers’ blouses and flair pants. “
OBJECT is constantly working on sustainability, for example by integrating sustainable substances that have less negative consequences for the environment. Gitte Skals Gauge, OBJECT Sustainablity Responsible, explains: “OBJECT’s sustainability strategy is constantly evolving. We always strive to be more sustainable than last time. The new autumn 2020 collection consists of 46 percent sustainable fabrics. In addition, we see an increasing awareness among mainly younger generations, for finding sustainable fashion. We must strive as much as possible to have new collections produced in an environmentally and socially / ethically aware manner. “
The fabrics of the “Autumnal” collection are made of, among other things, organic cotton, recycled polyester, recycled wool, LENZING ECOVERO viscose fibers and TENCEL lyocell. The fabrics meet the cotton that Better Icon Initiative (BCI) supports.
